The museum is now closed for the winter season and will open again in March 2018; however, we will open the museum for group visits subject to adequate notice and agreement please contact us via this page to discuss.
We will not be idle whilst we are closed we want to make better use of our space and reinterpret the Local History element making it more accessible to visitors and of course the eternal housekeeping, perhaps you would like to join us in 2018 as a volunteer put you hard earned experience to good use in helping to preserve this unique and Nationally Important piece of our Industrial Heritage
